If Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) has been setup on your workspace you will be required to provide one-time passwords ("codes" or "tokens") generated by an external authenticator app on your mobile device, upon logging into SimpleTrials. The frequency with which you must enter these codes is determined by an Client Admin (i.e. every login or every month).
NOTE: SimpleTrials only supports providing 2FA codes via an authenticator app. Codes are not provided via text message (as in common in USA) because text messaging is not common in other locations. Whereas an authenticator app is available everywhere.
Once 2FA is enabled by your Client Admin, you will receive the 2FA setup page upon your next login to SimpleTrials. You must complete the 2FA setup process outlined within this page.
If you encounter issues with completing this process or need to re-do the setup process, you will need to contact an Admin or Team Lead to provide support or reset your 2FA.
