How to Match the EDC Site Name to the SimpleTrials Site Name for EDC Integration

EDC and SimpleTrials may not have the exact same names for sites in each system. For example, it could be "Medical University of South Carolina" in EDC and "MUSC" in SimpleTrials. In order for the two systems to effectively "talk" to each other and have the correct site data mapped between the two systems, they both have to use the exact same name. 

You do not need to rename the site within SimpleTrials. There is a field in the SITES & CONTACTS view where the "EDC Site Name," exactly as it appears in EDC, can be added. 

1. Go to the SITES & CONTACTS view
2. Select the appropriate site
3. Click on the "Details" button
4. In the "Study Specific Details" section, click the "Edit" button
5. In the "EDC Site Name" field enter name of the site as it appears in the EDC
6. Click the "Save" button
