There are a few reasons you may not be able to create an eVisit Report.
- You have not created calendar event for that site visit in the PORTFOLIO > CALENDAR. Each row in the SITE VISIT TRACKING view is automatically created once a visit has been created in the CALENDAR. If that is the case there will be no row present for that site visit. NOTE: Make sure the Calendar event is a Site Visit. Projected Site Visits will not create a row in SITE VISIT TRACKING.
- You are not the Report Author. Only the Visit Person or an Admin can create an eVisit Report. The Visit Person can be changed in the CALENDAR for the scheduled site visit. If this is the case, the "Create Report" button will be inactive. If the original Visit Person has changed, you can change the eVisit Report Author
- There is not a complete eVisit Report Template associated to that site and study. Before eVisit Reports can be created or completed, there must be an eVisit Report Template within the PORTFOLIO > MONITORING TEMPLATES view with: 1) the correct corresponding Visit Type (i.e. Routine Monitoring Visit, Initiation, etc.) 2) has a Status of "Complete" and 3) is associated to the correct corresponding study. The eVR Template defines exactly what is to be captured within that report for that visit type and study. Templates are created and managed internally, by a user with Manager and Admin access.
