The "eISF Collaborator" role was designed specially for CROs/Sponsors who want to give site staff access to the eISF PORTAL to exchange documents. This role gives the site users access to *only* the eISF PORTAL view and nothing else within SimpleTrials. Unlike all other user roles, this one is not managed in the USER MANAGEMENT view, but instead within the study's SITES & CONTACTS view.
- Make sure you are in the study you want to grant site staff access
- Navigate to the SITES & CONTACTS view
- Select the "Site Contacts" button. A new form should appear with all the site contacts for this study. HINT: Make sure your site contacts have been added to the sites within the site "Details" form before you start.
- Within the "Site Contacts" form, scroll all the way to the right. Use the "Invite" button for the appropriate site contact to send an email invite to access the eISF PORTAL as an eISF Collaborator user. NOTE: If the site contact does not already have an email associated to their contact record you will be prompted to add that.
- The site user will now need to activate their account using the link in the email invitation. Then they can access the eISF PORTAL.
- To revoke access for that user select the "Revoke Access" link where the "Invite" button used to be.
