Why can't I add documents to the eISF Definitions in STUDY PROFILE 3b?

If you are attempting to add documents or definitions to the STUDY PROFILE > 3b. eISF PORTAL DEFINITIONS view and are not finding documents to add, this is likely because there is no TMF Reference Model applied to that study. The eISF Portal is an advanced feature within the Document/eTMF feature. Therefore a reference model must be applied as that is the first set up setting up your study Documents/eTMF.

The" Documents for DOWNLOAD" section pulls from the PORTFOLIO > DOCUMENTS/eTMF view. In order to populate this section of the eISF Portal there must be document records and files populated in the DOCUMENTS/eTMF view. Enter those documents there and they will be available in the "Documents for DOWNLOAD" section. 

The "Documents for UPLOAD" section pulls from the STUDY PROFILE > 3a. SITE ESSENTIAL DEFINITIONS. Make sure those definitions are accurate and they will be available to include as documents required to be uploaded by the site.
