If you are using the eISF PORTAL to manage your site's Startup Packet (aka Reg Pack) there are a few ways to indicate to the site users that a document is part of the startup packet.
Required for Activation - UPLOADS Only
All the document records listed in the "Documents for UPLOAD" list are pulled from STUDY PROFILE > SECTION 3a eTMF Definitions. Within that section is the column "Required for Site Activation." This column is only editable within this view and only available for site level documents. This column is also visible in the eISF PORTAL. If the document definition is marked "Yes" within this column, it will correspond to STUDY PROFILE > SECTION 3b eISF Definitions and the PORTFOLIO > eISF PORTAL.
STUDY PROFILE > Section 3a. eTMF DEFINITIONS - SITE Definitions panel with the "Required for Activation" column indicated
Within the eISF PORTAL the site users will be able to sort the "Required for Activation" column. Those documents marked "Yes" will be required for upload in order for the site to be activated.

eISF Comments - UPLOADS and DOWNLOADS
Within the STUDY PROFILE > section 3b. eISF PORTAL DEFINITIONS view there is a column called "eISF Comments." This column is also visible in the eISF PORTAL. You can use this column, for both the "Documents for DOWNLOAD" and "Documents for UPLOAD" to indicate a document is part of the startup packet. We would advise using a consistent convention that makes sorting easier for site in the eISF PORTAL.

Once that comment field is populated and visible in the eISF PORTAL the sites are easily able to see and sort by that column and see which documents are included in the startup packet.
