Why Can't I remove Documents?

There are a few reasons why you cannot remove a document record: 

• It is associated with a row in Study Profile 3.b eISF Portal Definitions > Documents for DOWNLOAD
• It is the most recent system-generated PDF of an eVisit Report in Site Visit Tracking
• It is an uploaded file attached to an eVisit Report in Site Visit Tracking
• Is a system-generated Invoice (xlsx format) in Site Payments
• It is a system-generated Invoice (xlsx format) in Vendor Payments
• You do not have the appropriate permissions to remove that document
