Changes to Definitions in STUDY PROFILE Section 3 are not syncing to DOCUMENTS/eTMF view

Site level folders and document placeholders are managed within the STUDY PROFILE. Admin and Manager users can make updates to STUDY PROFILE > Section 3 Site Essential Doc Defs, for more details: Setting Up eTMF Definitions. After making the updates to this section click the "Sync to Documents View" button to push those changes to the Documents section and those changes will apply to all sites for that study.

However, if you have multiple placeholder documents all named the same way, SimpleTrials will not recognize them all; it will only recognize the first one in the series. See the figure below for the Section 3 entries showing an example of this:

After updating the Protocol Amendment document placeholders to the following:
