My Site Enrollment Performance (Selected Sites) graph in Study Dashboard is very compressed, how do I fix this?

A compressed Site Enrollment Performance graph is very likely due to having long display names for your sites. If you shorten these names, this will increase the size of the graph’s vertical axis and look more normal.

This can be done as follows:

1. Navigate to SITES > SITES & CONTACTS and click on the row of the site whose name needs to be shortened.
2. Click on the “Details” button and then click the “Edit” in the Organization Details (Global) section.
3. Shorten the name found for the site in the Display Name field.
4. Click Save and verify that the name has been shortened.
5. Repeat these steps for each of the sites whose name needs to be shortened.
6. After completing the changes, navigate back to STUDY > STUDY DASHBOARD to verify that the graph looks better.
