Are visit letter allocation calculated per letter or per template generated?

The visit letters limit is based on the number of letters generated, not the number of templates.

To increase the number of visit letters that can be produced, upgrade your subscription plan to Premium Plus. At that level, this would allow you to have up to 5000 visit letters generated.

There are additional features included with the upgrade to Premium Plus including the ability to author eVRs off-line, ability to have a 2nd reviewer/approver, and customization of the Action Item and Protocol Deviation tables in the eVRs themselves.
