Generally, there can be two reasons why changes to the subject visit schedule do not appear in the SUBJECTS > SUBJECT VISITS view.
- The Schedule Status for the Subject Visit Schedule is not marked as "Completed." To check this, navigate to STUDY > STUDY PROFILE Section 6 Subject Visit Schedule and check that Schedule Status is set to "Completed."
- Also within STUDY > STUDY PROFILE Section 6 (Subject Visit Schedule), click on the “Sync to Subject Visits” button and confirm this action by clicking “Yes”. Reload your browser and navigate to the SUBJECTS > SUBJECT VISITS view. The changes to the visit schedule should now be visible.
If neither of these two steps resulted in the changes to the visit schedule being seen, please submit a ticket to Support to investigate the matter.
