Why doesn't my Site Visit show up in Site Visit Tracking?

If a site visit event is created in the PORTFOLIO > CALENDAR it will be displayed as a row in the SITES > SITE VISIT TRACKING view. 

The most frequent reason for a site visit event not showing up in SITE VISIT TRACKING is that the Event Category that was selected was "Projected Site Visit" and not "Site Visit". If you change the Category to Site Visit, it should now be visible in SITE VISIT TRACKING.
