We are tracking site visits but the Draft Due and Approval Due Dates match the Visit End Date, why?

If you are seeing your site visit entry in SITES > SITE VISIT TRACKING but are seeing that the Draft Due or Approval Due dates match the Visit End Date, then check STUDY > STUDY PROFILE > Section 4 - Monitoring Definitions. 

Draft Due and Approval Due are calculations based on actual dates entered compared to defined site visit date metrics. The visit report metrics must be completed in order to complete this calculation. 

If you do not have access to be able to edit this section, please contact someone on your team that has a Manager or Administrator access.
