Why aren't all of my comments being upload as part of the Offline EVR Authoring import?

When you are importing your data for the Offline EVR Authoring, there are a couple of things to check before submitting a ticket to Support:

1. Double-check that all of your entries are within the blue font cells. Generally entries outside these cells will not be imported into the EVR.

2. Text entered as comments, either to Question/Answer or General Comments sections, have to be in one continuous group of sentences. You cannot use a hard-line break to separate paragraphs of information (i.e. when you click Alt+Enter and it creates another row in the same cell).

Generally you will want to enter all of the text without line breaks, then import the data, and then do the final editing and formatting within the on-line EVR.
