How do I add more than one entry (I.e. Action Item, Protocol Deviation, Source Doc, etc.) to the offline EVR authoring import template? I only see one extra row.

For those worksheets in the import template where additional entries need to be made, all that is needed is to add as many additional rows as required to accommodate the amount of data to be included.

The rows must be inserted between any existing entries and the Instructions row. See the screenshot below depicting the highlighted area where additional rows can be inserted.
