Is there a file size limit for the Email Inbox?

Yes, a file attached to the email sent via Email Inbox cannot be greater than 50MB.

If an email is sent with an attachment greater than 50MB, the system will not accept the file. However, the user(s) noted in SITES > SITES & CONTACTS  under the Study Specific Details > eTMF Inbox Users to Alert section will receive the email indicating that one was sent, but there will be no associated file name included.
