How often is SimpleTrials backed-up?

SimpleTrials is backed up on a nightly (24-hour) basis and we maintain a rolling 10 days of back-ups. This means that at any one time, we have the last 10 day's worth of data available. As a new back-up is added, the last one in the series is dropped off.

Additional technical details about SimpleTrials can be found in the Compliance Portal underneath the Administration section. Any user with an Administrator role is able to access this area and download documents of interest.
