I am trying to import data into SimpleTrials but have run into some issues. Can you help me?

There are many areas of SimpleTrials which allow for the import of data. This includes:

  1. PORTFOLIO > CONTACTS
  2. PORTFOLIO > ORGANIZATIONS
  3. STUDY > MILESTONES & TASKS
  4. STUDY > STUDY TEAMS & CONTACTS
  5. SITES > SITES & CONTACTS
  6. SITES > STARTUP TRACKING
  7. SUBJECTS > SCREENING & ENROLLMENT (can also import subject visit dates as well)
  8. SUBJECTS > PROTOCOL DEVIATIONS
  9. CRA LOUNGE > ACTION ITEMS
  10. CUSTOMIZED TRACKERS

Each of these views have view-specific import templates and each template has a set of instructions, as well as details of the various columns included in the template. It is critical that you follow the instructions exactly as written.

If you are encountering an issue with import please:

  1. Re-read the template instructions 
  2. Make sure the data is entered as the instructions indicate 
  3. Make sure the mandatory columns are populated
  4. Be sure the number of rows of data, do not exceed more than the instructions allow

If you have followed the instructions exactly and are still having problems importing data, please contact the Support Team.
