How can I change the Account Holder for our subscription?

The ability to change the Account Holder for your SimpleTrials subscription is found in the ADMINISTRATION > SUBSCRIPTIONS & SETTINGS view.

In this view, select "Change Account Holder" button
Click this button and then click the down arrow to see the listing of eligible personnel who can be selected. NOTE: This list will only include users who have access to SimpleTrials and are Administrators. If a user is not an Administrator, they will not be listed here.
Select the user you would like to be the new Account Holder and click "Save". Then confirm the change by clicking "Yes".

Now, you should be able to see the person you selected next to the Account Holder
