How can I close a window when the "x" is not visible?

Sometimes when a user opens form (i.e. a document in the DOCUMENTS view) the top portion of the form is not visible and as a result, you cannot close or move the popup window.

The most common solution to this issue is to reduce the magnification of your screen. This can be done by pressing and holding down the Control (Cntrl) button and at the same time clicking on the minus sign (-) multiple times to reduce the screen magnification. You can also use the browser settings (in Chrome it is the three dots at the top right) and select the zoom setting from there. 

Another possible solution is to use the F5 button to refresh the browser.
