In STUDY > STUDY PROFILE SECTION 10 Integration Settings the details of the integration can be added. Once the entries are complete, clicking the "Save" button will retain those settings for the study.
Sometimes, the settings cannot be saved because the user has reached their maximum number of integrations purchased.
This information is displayed in the Integration Settings view and looks like this:
To resolve this issue and allow for the saving of the integration settings, an Administrative user will need to go to ADMINISTRATION > SUBSCRIPTION & SETTINGS and purchase an Add-On for EDC Integration. Once that has been purchased, the number of purchased EDC integrations will increase and this will allow for the saving of those integration settings.
