Generally when changes are made to the Subject Visit Schedule found in STUDY PROFILE > SECTION 6, there is a need to click the "Sync to Subject Visits" button to push the changes through the system. This is mandatory when one or more subjects have been enrolled on the subject visit schedule that was updated.
Once the Sync to Subject Visits is done, you should be able to now see and select the updates in the SITES > SITE CONTRACTS view for Per Subject Fees as well as in the SITES > SITE PAYMENTS view for the individual enrolled subjects.
