Removing Projected Visits for Subjects No Longer on Study

For clients that are using the advanced features in STUDY PROFILE: SECTION 6 to generate projected subject visits (based on their associated visit schedule) in SUBJECT VISITS view, they have the option to "Define and Track Projected Visits" and to extend this to populate those visits in the CALENDAR as well, if the "Sync Subject Visits with Calendar > Both Projected and Actuals" is selected.

Throughout the study, subjects may stop participating in the trial and their projected visits will no longer be anticipated. For those subjects that are no longer on study (i.e. Discontinued, Lost to Follow Up, Screen Fail, etc) their projected visits can be removed within the SUBJECT VISITS view. 

1. Navigate to the SUBJECT VISITS view and select the subject(s) no longer participating on the trial. Not for subject 11-05 there is one visit with an Actual Date: Screening and two that are projected and do not have Actual Dates populated: Baseline D1 and Week 1 - D10.
2. Within the "Subject Visit Actions" button is the option to "Remove Visits." When this is selected, all visits with no "Actual Date" populated will be removed for this subject.
3. Once this is confirmed, those visits without an Actual Date will be removed. In this case, the Screening Visit remains, and the Baseline and Week 1 visits were removed.

Keep in mind, this can reversed with the "Sync Visits From Schedule" option and all visits from that subject's schedule will populate. This can be used in the event a user accidentally removed a subject's visits or if a visit schedule was updated and this subject needs updated visits added.
