Do I have to manually add all site documents to each site in the Documents view?

No, you do not. Within the STUDY PROFILE: Section 3 Site Essential Doc Defs you can define your site essentials docs (or the "reg pack") and site folder structure so that these definitions can be applied to all sites. These documents can also be defined as country specific.

Once this is setup, then every time a site is created within SITES > SITES & CONTACTS view, the system will automatically update the PORTFOLIO > DOCUMENTS view by:

• Auto-generate a dedicated folder for that site within the BY SITES folder
• Auto-generate the site folder structure as defined in the STUDY PROFILE: Section 3 Site Essential Doc Defs
• Auto-generate placeholder document records for all essential documents defined in the STUDY PROFILE: Section 3 Site Essential Doc Defs
• Automatically save any eVisit Reports generated within SimpleTrials within the CRA LOUNGE > SITE VISIT TRACKING view, and any attachments within those eVisit Reports NOTE: this is only applicable to studies using the ST generated eVisit Reports functionality
