Custom table sections for eVisit Reports

In the Dec 2024 software update to SimpleTrials (the "Q3 2024 Release") two options were added for building a custom table section in an eVisit Report Template:

CUSTOM TABLE (GENERAL)

This type of section enables you to design a custom data table.  The table will start with a “Name” text field.  Once you add columns, you can rename or hide that original “Name” column.

CUSTOM SUBJECT TABLE

This type of section enables you to design a custom data table where each row requires a subject number to be selected.  The table will start with a “Subject” column, which is required.

These new sections work very similarly to the existing data table sections like "Subject Consent and Subject Data Review" and "Document Review" sections.
