Can I edit an Approved eVisit Report and retain the original Submission and Approval Dates?

When an electronic Visit Report (eVR) is submitted and approved, SimpleTrials automatically records the date in the dates submitted and approved and are populated in those columns found in CRA LOUNGE > SITE VISIT TRACKING. It is also saved in the final PDF generated report auto-created and saved in the DOCUMENTS view. 

If the report is subsequently opened for changes, regardless of reason, SimpleTrials will reset both the Date Draft Submitted and Date Approved dates to reflect the new workflow results. This is true for all plans as this is a technical requirement. 

Multiple eVR Reviewers Enabled:

For customers on the Premium Plus Plan, there is an option to enable multiple reviewers . This is done in the STUDY > STUDY PROFILE SECTION 4 Site Monitoring Visit Definitions view.

If this option is enabled, then SimpleTrials will record the sequential dates of draft submission, 1st reviewer approval (in the Date Submitted For Additional Review column) and the final approval (in the Date Approved column) automatically.

For those CRO run studies that require Sponsor review this a good option to retain both submission and approval dates. Note that all Reviewers/Approvers must have a SimpleTrials account and are also noted as being EVR Approvers in the STUDY > STUDY TEAMS & CONTACTS view.
