In STUDY > STUDY PROFILE section 1 there is a field called Calendar Sharing Enabled.
STEP ONE: Click Edit next to "Study Settings"
STEP TWO: Change "Calendar Sharing Enabled?" to "Yes"
In the drop down, select "Yes". Then Click "Save" at the bottom.
STEP THREE: Use the URL provided to copy events/visits into your non-SimpleTrials Calendar
That URL can be copied and sent to anyone who should have access to the calendar for the study.
When the Calendar Sharing is enabled and someone has the link, they can add the study calendar to their non-SimpleTrials calendar (for example Outlook, Yahoo, Google). Any events which are present in the study calendar will then be visible to those who have the link and have added it to their calendar.
NOTE: Since there is no way to limit what is visible, users must take care to only provide the URL to those people who need access to the study calendar.
